1. Eligibility

The Beehive Bed Mattress Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Beehive Bed, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Beehive Bed (the “Sponsor”), located in American Fork, Utah.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Entries may be submitted by filling out the form at beehivebed.com/monthly-giveaway.
All entries must be received by November 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM MST. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

4. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1) mattress, model and size to be determined by Beehive Bed (approximate retail value: $599).

Second Place Prizes: Up to 50 winners may receive a secondary prize (e.g., pillows, bedding accessories, or store gift cards).
No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about November 22, 2025 at Beehive Bed in Utah. Winners will be notified by [phone, email, or social media message] within 5 days after the drawing.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within [7–10 days], the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Pickup

Winners must pick up their prize in person at the Beehive Bed store located in [insert store address] within [14 days] of being notified. Prizes will not be shipped. Winner must present valid government-issued photo ID to claim the prize.

7. Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant Beehive Bed permission to use their name, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Beehive Bed, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah..
